The only exception? If you're using our mobile app. While you can access the Business Hub from your phone’s browser (no installation needed), the app from your app store is designed for a smoother, mobile-friendly experience on the go.
How does billing work?
Your subscription includes a monthly base charge, and any pay-per-use services are deducted from a prepaid wallet for seamless transactions.

You add funds to your wallet, which are used to cover pay-per-use services like SMS, emails, and phone calls.
Automatic Deductions
Each time you use a service, the corresponding cost is deducted directly from your wallet balance.
Auto-Recharge Option
To prevent disruptions, your wallet can automatically reload when your balance falls below a set amount. You control the recharge settings.
