Role Overview:  

The National Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and driving revenue growth for P2Automate’s SaaS services. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales management and a passion for technology.  

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute national sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to exceed sales goals and objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including key accounts and strategic partnerships.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment and optimize go-to-market strategies.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a National Sales Manager or in a similar senior sales role.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS and technology markets.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
